The CHCC Trade Show, a heating, ventilation and air conditioning show, has grown into the largest HVAC/R & Plumbing show in Connecticut, hosting nearly 100 booths and attracting crowds of upward of 1,000 industry professionals and students from across the state. It provides a unique forum designed expressly for the trade community, allowing professionals to get together to share the latest and greatest in products, services and technologies.
They say the only constant in life is change… and that is where we are… we are at the next cross in the road with an idea of adding additional value to an already successful event. CHCC’s model for the past few years was to have a show floor filled with vendors who wanted to show off all of the products and services they had to offer to contractors and journeymen working in the trade.
Looking ahead, this concept and the trade show floor will be overhauled, instead of bringing all product, maybe you bring new product, seasonal specific product.. maybe one show is heating season product and insurance / retirement savings / business service renewals. The next Show air conditioned focus… This will put the heating show every three years - giving time for new product, new programs and certainly changes…
The changes are the result of conversations with industry leaders, association members and past participant survey responses. It was clear we needed a revamp… our vendors spend a great deal of time and dollars to invest in the show and our attendees between work, families and other activities have limited time - we want to deliver a show to the industry that prioritize the time given with an info filled experience.
