ANNUAL ASSOCIATION BUSINESS MEETING

Thursday, December 21st at 9:30AM via Zoom. We invite all members and employees to actively participate in the association, your input is invaluable to the success of our association.

ITEMS REQUIRING ACTION

1. Leadership Slate for 2024/2025: Motion to approve Proposed Slate of Officers and Board of Directors for the 2024 / 2025 term as presented.

2. 2024 Budget and Financial Forecast: Motion to approve the 2024 Budget and Financial Overview presented.

Voting Information:

1. Annual Meeting Participation: We encourage all members and their employees to join the Annual Meeting call for an insightful discussion and updates.

2. Voting Eligibility: To ensure that each company is adequately represented, each member company is entitled to one vote on the aforementioned items. 

3. Proxy Registration: Please register your proxy online at [www.chcca.net] before the scheduled meeting. This step is crucial to facilitate a smooth voting process.

• Only one proxy registration is allowed per company.
• Proxy registration (event registration) must be completed before the meeting.
