Each booth space is 10’ deep x 8’ wide with 8’ high back drape, 3’ high side drape, one 8’ draped table, 2 chairs, wastebasket, and an ID sign.
Exhibit Hall Carpet
The exhibit hall is not carpeted. Carpet is NOT required at this venue. If you would still like to rent carpet, please contact Convention Enterprises using the contact number provided below.
Exhibitor Move in:
Monday, Tuesday, April 9, 2019 from 6am – 1pm
*All Booths must be setup by 1 PM on Show Day, students will be arriving and on the show floor for a student hands on scholarship competition followed by scholarship awards (Students will then have an opportunity to visit booths without taking up time with your customers or potetnial customers). We will close the doors from 2:00 - 3:30 PM to allow the vendors to refresh booths and join us for an exhibitor luncheon.

Dismantle: Tuesday, April 9, 2019 at 8pm
Exhibitors can install and dismantle their own exhibit and lay their own carpet in their own exhibit area. If you will need assistance setting up your booth, assistance loading or unloading, or assistance with pallets or hanging of materials, please contact Convention Enterprises at the contact number provided below. Additionally, The Connecticut Technical High School System has volunteered to have students available to assist with setup during scheduled times.
If you need to ship materials to the Aqua Turf Club, please send them to the address below. Shipments should not be received by Aqua Turf prior to 1 week before the show date.

Electrical / Wifi Connection
The cost of electrical service is $75 per 110 volt connection. *All electrical service must be ordered in advance of the show. If you did not order with your booth, please go online and do so at www.chcca.net.
An exhibitor lounge will be available during set up days and during the show, it will include beverages on set up day and beverages and lunch on show day.
