Welcome to the exhibitor and sponsor registration page for the CHCC 2012 Heating, Cooling, Refrigeration & Plumbing Trade Show. We hope you will join us as partner and exhibitor in our 2012 show!
Below you will find links to the 2012 floor plan, exhibitor forms and the sponsorship offerings for 2012. In an effort to be more conscious of budget restrictions, we have adjusted the sponsorships to be able to offer an increased number of options and developed packages that offer sponsors clear and unique deliverables for their contribution to the show. In addition, all member pricing (both CHCC and PHCC member) will remain honored.
Each booth space fee includes 10’ x 8’ space, 8 ft. table, 2 chairs, a wastebasket, draping. Please note electricity, water and booth carpeting are not included in the fee (you may provide your own carpeting, however due to the change in venue it is not necessary).
Exhibitor set up will take place on Monday, February 27, 2012 or prior to 12:00 PM on Show Day – Tuesday, February 28, 2012.

Pre-Registration for the CHCC Trade Show and seminars is now closed.
You may register onsite at The Aqua Turf Club prior to the event. Seminar space is available on a first come first serve basis,
EXCEPT Continuing Education which requires pre-registration. To register for the Continuing Education Class contact the Construction Education Center at jennifer@ctabc.org.
Seminars begin at 7:30am (details can be found on the Seminar Agenda section) The trade show hours are 1pm - 7pm.
